Hi — I’m Eric Michaels Pony. I dedicate my work to helping communities thrive by supporting practical, people-first solutions in Los Angeles and beyond.

My path hasn’t been traditional. I spent years inside high-pressure environments where success was measured in deals closed and milestones hit. But what I saw again and again was how fragile real life could be when families lacked basics like food security, education access, or a safe place to turn.

So I shifted my focus. I stepped away from chasing titles and instead began directing my energy and resources toward strengthening local partners who already know how to serve their neighborhoods with dignity.

Because success isn’t just about what we build for ourselves, but what we strengthen for others. When communities are stable, children can learn, parents can work, and families can celebrate traditions without unnecessary hardship.
